I may have raised this before, but as time goes by this becomes more and more a necessity. I absolutely need to give my customers the ability to subscribe specific forums or solution folders, so they can be automatically updated on changes via e-mail. Changes can be a new solution article on a folder, an update to an existing solution article or a new topic on a forum. Forum / topic / knowledge base folder subscriptions seem to be a standard feature on most forum and support apps (AFAIK), why would FD lag behind on this?! Please put this with priority on your roadmap.
I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
